Sujeev Shakya
co-founder
Sujeev is the Chief Executive Officer of beed. With a keen economic sense and an extensive corporate experience in developing strategy, business development, consulting and planning, as well as in direct line management for over fifteen years, Sujeev is essentially a Chartered Accountant and also has a Diploma in International Marketing from Boston University, USA. He is one of the few from the private sector to be awarded the Hubert H Humphrey Fellowship by the US Department of State. With extensive domain knowledge in various industries, good risk management and environment management abilities and a strong network within the financial and multilateral community, Sujeev is an enterprising corporate executive who believes in and delivers business excellence.
Puja Tandon

A Company Secretary by profession, Puja is a member of the Institute of the Company Secretaries of India. She has ten years of working experience in the corporate secretarial function with varied exposure in international class legal documentation and project feasibilities for new business development. Puja also has a good understanding of and exposure in project agreements, power purchase agreements relating to hydropower and various lender required documentation in connection therewith, and is a Co-founder of beed.
Suman Rayamajhi

Suman is a chartered accountant with ten years plus of working experience in the corporate, capital market and financial sectors. Suman has a experience of working with the World Bank for the Financial Sector Reform Project, Rastriya Banijya Bank (RBB) as a Regional Manager for year and half, and expertise in enterprise valuation, deal structuring for merger & acquisition, diagnostic studies of organization, strategic planning, fund structuring/ management and financing of hydro projects; and has a varied exposure in equity research and portfolio management activities.
Atmaram Thapa

Atmaram holds a Masters Degree in Business Studies with specialization in Finance from Tribhuvan University. His work experience includes working as a Senior Auditor for five years, Admin and Finance Head for public private partnership project for over a year and Finance Head for two years in a national level NGO. He looks after overall Finance, Administration and legal section at beed . He is also involved in Accounting Consulting and enjoys finding innovating ways to address accounting issues.
Chandni Singh Karki

Chandni completed her undergraduate studies in Economics and Politics from Mount Holyoke College, Massachusetts, USA and Masters in Management from South Asian Institute of Management, Nepal. She is currently in charge of corporate communications at beed. She has previously worked as a Research Associate in South Asia Watch on Trade Economics and Environment (SAWTEE).
Hira Maharjan

Hira has been working as an associate beed since the inception of the company, and acts as a support staff for the beeds. Before joining beed, he was assisting the CEO of beed, Sujeev and has been working with him for the past eight years.
Pragya Ratna Shakya

Pragya, a MBA graduate from Dept of Management Sciences, Pune University with a major in Marketing, has two years of managerial experience in the real estate sector in the financial hub of India, Mumbai. He has worked for a stock broking firm in Nepal and is currently working as an Equity analyst for beed invest ltd.
Raju Kc

Raju is a Chartered Accountant finalist from Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal (ICAN). He has more than eight years plus of working experience in the audit, corporate and financial sectors. Raju is a part of the beed SWAT team and has been involved in different projects covering various areas of the business such as Organization Diagnostics, Due Diligence and Financial Planning.
Raju Tuladhar

Raju is an MBA graduate from University of Pune, Department of Management Science with a major in Marketing and Finance. He has worked for a Real estate company in Mumbai as a business development and marketing executive and has extensive exposure in real estate. As a member of the SWAT team at beed, he is involved in research and consulting, and specializes in the real estate sector.
Ramesh Pathak

Ramesh brings 25 years of organizational experience to the beed family. He has previously been involved with Administrative and Logistics management, and Computer system and Networking in various capacities in the hotel and corporate sector and is currently involved with beed invest ltd. as the Head of Securities Transaction.
Ritu Shakya

Ritu manages the front desk at beed and is involved in administrative and logistics management. She is currently pursuing her Bachelors in Business Studies, from Caspian College of Management and Research.
Rojesh Bhakta Shrestha

Rojesh is an MBA graduate from the Ace Institute of Management with a specialization in Finance, and has completed a BSc in Finance from the Metropolitan State University of Denver, Colorado, USA. He has over 5 years of experience in the business and financial management sector, and is currently working as a Senior Equity Analys for beed invest ltd.
Shayasta Tuladhar

Shayasta is an MBA graduate from the Australian Catholic University, Sydney with a major in Marketing, and has previously worked as Office Manager at Federation of Woman Entrepreneurs Associations of Nepal. She has four years of experience in research, analysis and writing, event management and corporate communications. As a beed, she is currently involved in corporate communications, research and writing, and is also a team member of the beed leadership center.
Shristi Singh

Shristi has a Masters degree in Accounting and Finance from London School of Economics and has completed Bachelors in Commerce (Honors) from Hansraj College, Delhi University. Currently working in beed management, she is involved in Organization Diagnostics, Financial Modelling and Valuation. Her previous work experience includes an internship at Nepal Investment Bank Ltd.

Sudip is an MBA graduate from Western International University with a major in finance. He has more than 7 years of experience working in companies with multicultural teams in a diverse work settings and industries ranging from Legal, Banking and IT. As a member of the SWAT team at beed he is involved in consulting for New Business, carrying out Feasibilities, Organizational Diagnostics, evaluating the Financial Viability of the projects and Merger & Acquisitions advising.

Armed with an MSc in Accounting and Finance, Suvash has a penchant for numbers. Suvash is a part of the beed SWAT team and has been involved in different projects covering various areas of the business such as Organization Diagnostics, Due Diligence, M&A, and Financial Planning etc. Financial Projections and Valuation are his strengths having developed financial models for diverse sectors like financial institutions, hospitality sector, hospitals, feed industry etc.
Suvash has over 7 years working experience in commercial banks and the business consultancy sector, and his prior experiences also include working in accounts and doing research for beed and Nepal Economic Forum.
